How to install automatic sliding door operators?

Step1: Fix the track on the wall.

Step2: Install the power switch

  • Install the power switch on the right side of the track
  • About 4 cm from the right end of the track

Step3: Install the motor

  • Loosen the four screws.
  • Snap the back of the motor into the track.
  • The wires of the motor cannot be pressed.
  • Fix the motor and tighten the screws.

Step4: Install the return pulley

  • Loosen the 4 screws at the bottom of return pulley
  • Snap the back of the return pulley into the track
  • or you can slide in from the left side
  • or you can take away the screws, put the sheet into the track, and then fix the return pulley and tighten the screws

Step5: Install the controller

  • Loosen the 2 screws and snap the controller into the track
  • Determine the position of the controller based on the length of the wire
  • Then tighten the screws
  • Put the wire of power switch into the track
  • Wrap the wire around to avoid being too long
  • Connect the wire to the controller
  • The upper interface is 9-hole, the lower interface is 6-hole

Step6: Install the tooth belt

  • Loosen the 4 screws at the top of return pulley.
  • Adjust the position of return pulley by tightening the right screw.
  • Loosen the screws to separate the belt connector and clip.
  • Hang the belt on the return pulley. Hang the belt on the motor.
  • Adjust the length of the belt and cut off the excess.
  • Clamp the belt with the clip.
  • Screw hole facing down.
  • If the belt is not tight enough, you can adjust the return pulley to tighten the belt.
  • Tighten the 4 screws at the top of return pulley.

Step7: Install the glass clamp

  • Loosen the screws and clamp the glass. Tighten the screws.
  • 1 door with 2 short clamps. The screws are on the same side.

Step8: Install the hanger

  • First, loosen the 2 screws and take off the anti-off device.
  • Connect the hanger and the clamp with screws and keep aligned.
  • Tighten the screws.
  • Hang the door body on the track.

Step9: Install the anti-off device

  • Lift the anti-off key up to about 2mm from the bottom of the track. Tighten the screws.
  • The anti-off device won't scratch the track. The door won't fall.
  • Install the short belt connector to the right door. Tighten the screws.

Step10: Install the end stop

  • For the double-leaf sliding door, there are 4 hangers + 4 clamps + 2 belt connectors.
  • Install the short belt connector to the first hanger of the right door.
  • Install the long belt connector to the second hanger of the left door.
  • Close the door to the middle point.
  • Loosen the screw and snap the end stop.
  • Leave a 1cm space between the two doors. Tighten the screw.
  • Use a clip to connect the belt and the long belt connector.
  • Long belt connector on the left, short belt connector on the right.
  • Manually open the door to the max wide position. Install the end stop.

Step11: Connect the input power line

  • Take off the cover.
  • The first 2 screws are used to connect the input power line.
  • The 5th and 6th screws are used to connect the sensor.
  • Connect the input power line. No distinction between positive and negative.
  • Cover the panel.

Step12: Adjust the door body

  • Turn the power switch to "0". Power off. Manually drive the door to half-open.
  • Turn the power switch to "1". The door will be automatically opened, then turn the power switch to "0".
  • Find the A on the controller and turn it to R. Manually drive the door to half-open.
  • Turn the power switch to "1". Power on. The door will be automatically closed.
  • Find the TEST on the controller, and push it once.
  • The parameters can be manually adjusted.
  • Remote control. The side with a hole is outward.
  • Connect the remote control and the controller.
  • Power on. Test the remote control.
