The floor spring is an in-ground automatic swing door opener/closer. The components are concealed under the threshold. The floor spring provides an ideal way to automate doorways. The controller has various functional ports for microwave sensors, electric lock, and other accessories. The brushless DC motor is sealed and it’s waterproof, fireproof, and highly resistant to deformation and corrosion.

Instructions for remote control STUDY: Press the “STUDY” button, the buzzer will beep, then press any button on the remote control, the buzzer will stop beeping, indicating that the code is successful. Empty: Press and hold the “STUDY” button until you can't hear the buzzer sound, then release the button. A : Press A, the door will clockwise full open and hold open; B : Press B, Automatic: Both the sensor signal and access control are effective; C : Press C, the door will anticlockwise full open and hold open; D : Press D, Lock: the sensor signal is shielded, but the access control works normally.

The floor spring operator is waterproof and can be used for a variety of outdoor doors such as courtyard gates, villa door community doors, etc.
