1. installation of guide rail
The requirment of infrastructure installation: the installation surface must be smooth and firm, the concrete wall must be able to be connected with M8 expansion pipes, structural steel beam must be able to be fixed with M8 screws
• Cut the guide rail according to the design requirement, and fix the guide rail onto the wall or steel structure with M8 screws flatly and firmly.
Install the guide rail at a height of DH+33mm from the ground (measure from the bottom of the guide rail)

2. Installation of controller
1. Set two square nuts , hex socket cap screws(M6X12)and washer into the right side of the internal groove
2. Rotate and hook the controller, then move it from the front of the guide rail to the arc-shaped groove of the guide rail. The controller can rotate and move by the central axis of the arc-shaped groove, and it is convenient to be installed. After the controller is settled, tighten the set screws.
3. Installation of idle pulley
1. Set two square nuts, hex socket cap screws(M6X12)and washer into the left side of the internal groove.
2. Set the idle pulley on the rail, and leave the bolt loose for the adjustment of the belt.
4. Installation of hanger
Loosen nuts, set the anti-off pulley at the lowest position from the hanger component. Install every hanger in the assigned position with the bolts set(M8X20), the center of every hanger's pulley must parallel to the door. Hang the door leaf on the guide rail, ensure the hanger's pulleys are right on the curved rail. Set the anti-off pulley at the highest position, tighten nuts. | ![]() |
5. Adjustment of door leaf
Adjust the height and gradient of the active door leaf, loosen bolts, rotate the adjustment bolts in the two hangers along the same direction to calibrate the height of the door leaf, until the distance between the door leaf and the ground meets the requirement. Rotate the adjustment bolts in the two hangers along the opposite direction to calibrate the gradient of the door leaf, ensure the middle frames of two-door leaves are in parallel, tighten the fixed bolts.
Adjust the gap between the active door leaf and fixed door leaf, loosen the hanger bolts, move the active door leaf, ensure the fixed door leaf and the active door leaf are in parallel, tighten the hanger bolts.
6. Installation of belt
6.1 Fixing of belt bracket
Cut the belt as need, insert the belt into both brackets, one of the brackets gets both ends of the cut belt, forming a circle. Put the belt on the driving pulley and idle pulley, then fix the belt bracket in the right position of the hanger with hex socket cap screws(M6x12). Tensioning the belt by pulling outward the idle pulley, fix the idle pulley.
6.2 Adjustment of the belt tension
Loosen MI 2nut with wrench, rotate the adjustment bolt, set the right belt tension (If the belt can be pulled down for 0-20mm when there is a 500g thing hanging on it, that is the right tension) tighten the fixed nut of M12.
