1. Installation of guide rail and stoppers
• Infrastructure requirements: the installation surface must be smooth and firm,concrete walls must be able to be connected with M8 expansion pipes,structural steel beam must be able to be fixed with M8 screwes.
• Cut the guide rail according to the door design requirements, and fix the guide rail onto the wall or steel structure with M8 screws flatly and firmly.
Install the guide rail at a height of DH+16mm from the ground 1. Drill holes on the guide rail and steel structure ( or wall | ![]() |
2. Installation of hangers
1 Insert the bolts (M8X20) for hanger into the sliding door panel top and reserve gap at least 6mm;
2 Insert these bolts into the square holes at hangers' bottom too, note the door levelness and position
3 Tighten above bolts according to below hanger position figure:
3. Installation of stopper
Fix two stoppers at the door full open position and full close position, tighten the bottom bolt M8X10 of the stopper, ensure the sliding door panel will not slide off from the guide rail
4. Installation of motor and controller
Insert four M6X12 bolt sets ( see below figure ) at the left of the guide rail and the controller on the bolt sets then tighten the bolts.
5. Installation of idle pulley
Insert two M6X12 bolt sets ( see below figure ) at the right of the guide rail, hang the idle pulley on the bolt sets.
6. Installation of belt
6.1 Belt connector fixation
Cut the belt according to your need, insert the belt into the belt connector(s), hang the belt ring onto
the motor wheel and idle pulley wheel.
6.2 Belt tension adjustment
1 . Pull the ilde pulley to the right end of the guid rail to make belt tight, then tighten the bolt set M6X12
2. Loosen the four bolt C
3. Rotate the bolt D clockwise to move the adjustment plate to the right, the tension is increasing until
the tension is suitable;
4. Tighten the bolt C.
